1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilko," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jilko platform and its operating entity, accessible at jilko.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilko platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jilko website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at jilko.app.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the jilko platform.
• "PHP Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso balance held within a player's jilko account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by jilko that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" refers to actual PHP deposits made by the player via approved payment methods.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilko platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilko. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilko platform.

jilko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the jilko platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not a person prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jilko or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

jilko reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended, and any balance of Real Funds will be returned to the verified payment source. Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on jilko, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if it changes.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. jilko may close all accounts associated with a player found to hold more than one account, and any balances may be forfeited.

jilko reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilko are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank
• Philippine debit card

Strictly prohibited payment methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC) is not accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jilko reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but jilko endeavors to complete verified withdrawals within 24 hours.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the jilko platform at the time of transaction. jilko reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jilko may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• jilko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilko platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

jilko uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at each table.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilko's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. jilko's decision in such matters is final. jilko is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilko platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jilko platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilko platform — including but not limited to the jilko name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jilko or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilko platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jilko platform without prior written consent from jilko.

10. Privacy & Data

jilko collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the jilko platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilko implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and jilko cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilko's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the jilko platform.

jilko does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jilko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jilko reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player without cause, verified Real Fund balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Responsible Gaming

jilko is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the jilko platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the jilko platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilko platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilko from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
